KPFF exists to engineer opportunities that have a positive impact on people, places, and the planet.
Our team doesn’t just work.
We challenge one another, we dream, we make a difference, and we have fun.
Our perpetuation is reliant on the individuals who speak up, who engage and who lead holistically.
Joining our team means you’ll partner with smart people on cool projects that make an impact in the community and shape our cities. We provide ample opportunity for growth and provide mentorship and professional development.
We balance freedom and support, allowing our team of entrepreneurs to thrive. We leverage our size to provide robust resources and support without being constrained by bureaucracy.
