Customer Support Engineer job duties:
* Develop source data for the F135 gas turbine engine using proprietary software applications to meet engineering requirements utilizing engineering documentation and processes
* Develop maintenance procedures based upon engineering standard work requirements
* Understand and utilize engineering source data and processes
* Identify root cause(s) of issues and provide technical solutions
Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Systems engineering or comparable experience
* Aptitude for computers, advanced software, and modeling/simulation applications
* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Exceptional work ethic; capacity to work well individually and as part of a team
* Motivated to learn and to be productive, and meet customer expectations with excellence
* Due to the nature of our work US Citizenship is required
Desired skills include:
* Gas turbine engine experience/familiarization in either commercial or military application
* Familiar with maintenance facilities and processes
* Knowledge of basic mechanical skills and tools.
