My name is Ryan Farrelly. Now I'm an engineer for SpecSys, Inc. Let's say that a client like Caterpillar or Volvo or Halliburton or one of the big companies out there has an engineering project that either they can't get to right now because of their manpower, or a really tight timeline, or capabilities, it's just out of their wheelhouse. That's when they call us. We're a contract engineering and manufacturing firm. Initially they'll have an idea of what they want. And we can help conceptualize that with real, moving parts. With real motors, with real hydrostats specced out. And the whole entire project as a whole, to make sure that they're thinking of everything. If there needs to be certification on the ROPS, if there needs to be any sort of testing to go along with it, to follow the standards before you can just bring a product to market and so we can help provide them with that knowledge. Some of the projects I'm currently working on involve working with our robotic welders in one of our manufacturing facilities, and understanding which parts might be a better fit for the robotic welder. What the parameters and constraints over the robot are. The space limitations, understanding how to program that robot. Everything from stepping through the initial instructions all the way through to verifying that the part is to print, and to spec, and within the tolerance limits. Some of my coworkers in the office are working on projects for other companies, where they might be doing FDA analysis one minute, next thing you know they're working on the actual CAD model, and building the frame from the ground up to make sure that the engine fits and the cooler fits and the hydraulic tank fits, and the gas tank fits, and all the motors and pumps within there.
