My name is Jason Slagle. I am president of CNWR, Inc. We are a managed service provider in the Northwest Ohio area based out of Toledo. So we provide IT services to small and medium businesses in the Toledo area. We're a little bit unique in our space that we also provide some higher end security and enterprise e-consulting services to some bigger companies on a national footprint. We've been at it for about 25 years. I've been president now for going on two, and it's been good. As president, I'm ultimately in charge of every operating aspect of the company, right? So from sales and marketing to the technical consulting aspects we deliver, to finance, to HR, right? You kinda wear all of the literal hats when you're kind of running and serving as president of the company. The majority of our staff are more technical, and they strive to help small businesses use their technology more efficiently, right? So we provide everything from help desk services, like password resets, to installation of software, replacement of computers, and we really strive ourselves on providing very high level security services as well as providing more consultative, right? We aim to help businesses more effectively use technology. I am a very data-driven guy, so I do my best to look at various data points that we track on a daily basis. Many of them end up being financial, right? From things like, what does net profit look like? Are we profitable? How much of my income is going to pay my technicians? How much of my income is going to pay salespeople? The other major area where I spend day-to-day time is more technical, right? Where today I may be helping a client with a really difficult virtualization project that they can't get through. Tomorrow, maybe I'll be working on a security penetration test or hacking engagement with a client, attempting to see if I can breach your network and reporting on my findings, right? So it really varies on a day-to-day basis. It keeps things exciting, for sure.
