Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring an Equipment Maintenance Technician I to support maintenance projects across our client’s Clinton, MA and Devens, MA facilities.
Pay: $21.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3 PM (1st shift)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Location: Onsite — this role requires commuting between both Clinton and Devens locations
What You’ll Do
- Assist with maintenance projects across both facilities
- Use hand tools and power drills for repairs and upkeep
- Safely operate a ladder as needed
- Commute reliably between the two locations
What You’ll Need
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely use a ladder
- Reliable transportation between Clinton and Devens
- Mechanical or electrical experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to complete a pre-employment assessment and supervisor interview
- Ability to pass a saliva drug test and background check
